Undurraga Rosé Royal, Chile

To kick things off, what better way to welcome you to our humble abode than with something pink and fabulous? Putting a little sparkle into your evening is this 100% Pinot Noir rosé bubbly from Undurraga in Valle de Leyda, one of Chile's most prestigious wineries. The ideal apéritif, it offers abundant notes of fresh red berries combined with subtle floral hints of rose.

Passatempo Vinho Verde Branco, Portugal

Our superb new Vinho Verde is up next, and it's a real cracker. A refreshing blend of Alvarinho and Loureiro from the forward-thinking cooperative wine producer Adega de Ponte da Barca, it combines delicate white flowers with citrus and passionfruit. The fresh minerality is balanced by a kick of acidity to ensure a burst of flavour and a delightfully crisp finish.

Alpha Estate 'Hedgehog' Xinomavro, Greece

Alpha Estate is a fantastic winery in Amyndeo, with a Bordeaux-trained winemaker in Angelos Iatrides. This stunning single vineyard Xinomavro is a true example of how good Greek red wine can be, with its complex bouquet of red berries, leather, pepper, clove and vanilla all showing great typicity. Wonderfully rich, complex and rewarding, without being too heavy or overpowering.

Berton Vineyard Botrytis Semillon, Australia

Into the realm of sweetness we delve, and we're doing it properly: a sweet wine for a dessert course! This luscious, Sauternes-style noble rot wine from New South Wales is intense and honeyed, with layered aromas of orange rind and apricot, subtle balancing acidity and delicious toasted notes, making it perfect for a nuanced and intensely-flavoured dessert. Opulence meets opulence!
