After a welcome glass of fizz and nibbles, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get messy as you make your own pasta under the guidance of a true pasta expert. After making your own pasta and sauce using quality ingredients such as Filippo Berio olive oil, and locally sourced produce, you’ll head upstairs for sharing boards and fresh bread as Duncan talks you through wines you’ll be tasting to match your food. The final and most important stage is to sit down, eat your pasta and dessert, drink the matched wine and enjoy.
